All of the alt arts cards look great! Sad that Gyarados / VMAX did not get one though.

Main take-aways for me with the leaks presented so far:
-Glad to see the Dragonite alt was finally revealed, itās as adorable as I thought it would be! fingers crossed for a Suicune alt art now! (Itās very unlikely, but I can hope! The Pokemon Company loves splitting up trios across sets and giving special treatment.) 
-I am a bit disappointed with the Rayquaza V Alt Art. I expected the Rayquaza alt artwork to be much more intense/dynamic, demonstrating this sky behemothās strength.
But we got Zinniaās little kitten in the background instead. (We couldāve definitely used more emphasis on the actual Pokemon for this artwork.)
-Full Art Copy-Cat is phenomenal, itās definitely my favorite full art trainer revealed so far; itās such a genius modern innovation for a Copy Cat full art reprint.
-Kudos to Saito for making artwork of a Pokemon (Duraludon Alt) I dislike actually enjoyable! (Curry time!).
-Oh boy, a Medicham alt art in a set primarily themed around dragonsā¦poor Flygon/Altaria (I wouldāve loved to see these represented but oh well). The artwork has some nice dynamic posing for Medicham at least! (It looks like thereās over 30 Pokemon in this artwork too!)
-Full Art School Boy/School Girl are the most bland and questionable full art trainers that I have ever seen. I donāt know who on the creative team thought this was a good idea, butā¦they exist. Another Iris full art trainer or Lance/Claire full art wouldāve been very fitting additions to the set as Dragon specialists.
Modern has maintained quality for the commons/uncommons artwork so far, showcasing some very diverse and engaging artwork for different people to enjoy! (I absolutely love the Toxel done by Mina Nokai in this set!)
Iām looking forward to seeing what else these sets have to offer alongside the E4 Community as more leaks are released! Eevee Heroes is definitely a difficult set to compete with.

The alt arts are nice as always but I think overall this is a weak pair of sets. The durex magnum pokemon was a questionable choice to lean on as a mascot so really itās just up to rayquaza to carry. While the rayquaza cards are good, my personal expectation was high and it didnāt live up to it. Maybe Iāll change my mind when I see the Vmax alt in colour. Itās hard to follow Eevee Heroes I guess.
Looking at the set though, it makes sense why the English would combine EH + this since I just donāt see much here that would move products from shelves on its own.

Evolving skies is going to be the best modern set ever released imo. I was never really into modern sets but great art is great art. Iām definitely going to start collecting the alternate arts.

Thought I was the only one who wasnāt totally blown away.
Some individual cards are wicked, but I think they could have done things differently (I was going to say, āThey could have done moreā but I donāt want āmore,ā just different).
Iām still waiting on an insane Hydreigon AA. missed opportunity.
Iāll probably approach this set the way that I did Single/Rapid Strike Master: Buy a few copies of the particularly desirable cards, open a box for fun, then wait for the next set. I donāt think this is a particularly compelling pair of sets. That said, Rayquaza is a banger for a lot of people and I definitely think thereās fun to be had if you enjoy that legendary! Duraludon is a bold choice, lol.
For me, I canāt miss that Dragonite V Alt. And overall, Iām pleased with the aesthetics of the release even with the individual pokemon that I find less exciting.

Really liking the rayquaza, golurk and noivern special arts. Modern is really getting me to like PokƩmon I never used to think twice about.

Sorry Iām going to sound silly here -
Is that suppliers had to enter lottery for allocations, or buyer has to enter lottery with supplier, or buyer has to enter lottery directly wit hv PokƩmon centre stores?
Aaaaand after seeing the prices Iām officially never going to own the #76 and #83 Rays unless I get lucky pulls D:

Thats the best looking dragonite ive ever seen.
I hope the fact that an SR isnāt guaranteed means that some boxes can have multiple SRs

Prices go down significantly within a few weeks of release.
