Let’s not forget that the person who made the 4k purchase for the Raichu quickly sold off all of his collection just a few months later, informing me that collecting was becoming a dangerous addiction for him. That said, he was able to get the 4k for it when he sold it but that sale isn’t confirmed unless someone comes forward. I need a Raichu but I won’t pay 4k, sorry. I’ll trade my doubles though.
