Thread has been updated. Still plenty of sales data needed but at least we got a ton of public sales during last few months that contributes to the transparency of this post.
Facts
Cards like Rockets Persian Ex peaked at $700 and are now down to $300 or less.
Popular Pokémon like Mewtwo are getting more and more expensive.
Someone bought a Blastoise Ex Fire Red PSA10 for U$S2000 when last sales were around U$S1000.
We finally got a public sale for salamence Ex Deoxys; Deoxys#99 and Camerupt Ex Emerald after a long time.
Team Magma Vs Team Aqua Exs are one of the most scarce Exs as i’ve been tracking the prices of them constantly, literally no data on most of them but Raikou.
Some cards from Ex Sandstorm decreased in price during last few weeks.
Ex Ruby Sapphire 10’s are getting scarce.
Ex Power keepers is nowhere as desirable as the rest of the Ex Era.

FYI, I purchased a PSA 10 Kabutops ex for $300 like a week after the $500 sale. The $500 figure is pretty nuts for the card because it’s super high pop and not particularly desirable. I doubt that that sale could be replicated.
A few prices also seem low (as in I’d happily buy some of these cards for 2-3x the prices listed). I guess it’s just tough for very low pop cards (like the Emerald/TMTA exs). But a $183.50 price for a PSA 10 TMTA Sceptile ex, for instance, is dramatically under what it would sell for right now. So I would caution people from concluding much of anything about the current market prices from these sale records. Still, this is a very helpful resource!

Oh, I also sold a sharpedo ex Deoxys for $450 this summer. Pop 26 iirc. And I paid $450 for my Chansey ex with a damaged case (bad enough to need re-casing), would’ve paid the $500 quoted for a good case.

I appreciate that. I thought about it but I don’t like cancelling auctions on eBay. Sometimes it messes up my eBay store and causes double sales etc.
If you check right after the price there’s a ‘‘No recent sales data’’. There’s no recent public sales data for cards like the sceptile you mention, nor suicune or other cards. I still do my best and put the last sale data im aware of, either public or private.
I even mention on the last post i made that TMTA Exs are one of the most scarce Exs. Im doing my best with the info i have. 
I understand – I just mentioned it as a caution for people who want to buy some of these; because the sales data is not only old (as you acknowledge), but very disconnected from the current market. Still useful, and I very much appreciate the work you put into this resource!

Rockets hitmonchan ex $750 usd. Private sale.
Blaziken EX TMTA $750 usd. Private sale.

That honestly seems like a pretty great price on the Blaziken given that it’s a popular Pokemon and insanely low pop. Pretty remarkable to me that it was valued close to Regice, which has a higher pop and is not a very popular Pokemon.

Yeah the blaziken I got maybe like 5/6 months ago, which is just when the EX era prices started to move. The others were more recent purchases.

I also wanted to ask did the $2100 sale for PSA 10 Deoxys ex 97/107 really happen? I’ve seen lately $600 estimates/offers here so this increase feels really steep.
The sale was confirmed; the card was bought by an AUS collector that is about to complete all 139 Exs. I got all the information i needed to confirm the deal was made.

The price increase feels indeed really steep, the sellers value was high and im sure about that considering Deoxys99 from the same set and a lower pop sold for $500 like 3 months ago.
I would also like to add another confirmed sale of Steelix Ex Unseen Forces -Pop16 PSA10 for $1400 yesterday (i bought it, pretty much the same price mark Hisoka set a couple weeks ago).

Yeah, I can confirm that Deoxys transaction happened as well since I know the buyer 
Apparently multiple offers were made at similar price points as well.
I’m not surprised. EXs from this set are the scarcest EX cards overall by pop report and I think the 3 Deoxys EX cards in particular look great

There are sets like Fire Red Leaf Green with cards holding a Pop near 100 only counting PSA10. Deoxys has a total of 100 cards graded on most of them.
