Roaring Skies Reprint?

@funmonkey54 I have a few people at various levels so far, but in a few days I will post the ones who are without a doubt scammers, I just don’t want to jump the gun. So far I have three messages and 1 case open since the Roaring Skies reprint news. The one who opened a case initially claimed damage and no ex’s so they claimed they must have been weighed. I actually have a story on that.

Well no ex’s is low probably and these are 100% not weighed, but I have in fact had one great repeat customer of mine come back to me in the past for getting no ex’s. They were a repeat buyer at the time and really hesitant to send the message, but it was their first loose pack buy from me and they were rightfully leary of 36 packs and no ex’s though they did get 1 full art. I sent one of my 5 random ex lot to remedy the issue and assured them they weren’t weighed that it must have just been bum luck (I sell 5 ex lots for like $15, just low value promos and such) they (and their child) were very happy with that resolution. Since that, they recently bought a breakthrough box that they messaged me ended up having 12 ultra rares in it (full art, ex, break, secret rare) and they apologized for ever raising the issue on the previous box. So initially I felt that I had another scammer on my hands and in the end they apologized and are a great repeat nearly weekly buyer.

But yeah this other guy likely isn’t that case. Claimed damaged packs and no ex’s. I mentioned that I don’t take returns and bd luck can happen. I asked for a photo of the cards that were opened and of the damaged packs. My solution was to send several ex’s as well as double the packs that were damaged with more sealed unweighed roaring skies packs. Immediately calls me a scammer and says he wants his money back. Opened a case with a long winded message that I will have to try and rebut, but will probably have no luck. I will keep this updated here.
