Hi everyone, I was using the service of shipmycards, a website which is consolidating packages and shipping them to overseas adresses. Now my package which is supposed to go to shipmycards is held in the customs clearance process and it seems like I need to provide FedEx with more information / documents about the package.
One of these required documents is the formular 5106 from FedEx and I have a question for that: in 2A and 2B they are asking for the mailing and the physikalischen adress. Which adress do they mean exactly? It would make sense if I would put the shipping adress of ShipMyCards in 2A and the adress of their office (in case that differs from 2A) in the 2B line, right?
Thanks for any advice! I just dont want to fill out this formular wrong, thats why I thought I would ask E4 since I am probably not the only one who had to fill out such documents
You should not need to file any paperwork with Fedex as they already have all of our information on file.
Tell them that it is on file under the name Ship My Cards LLC and with both the Arizona and the Oregon Address. If they need any assistance they can call me directly at 623-889-4589.
DHL and UPS both require us to fill out a form every time, but FedEx and USPS keep on file for us.
Thank you to everyone who replied or messaged me privately. Apparently FedEx just needed a complete commercial invoice (which they had already lol) and after I sent them the invoice via email, my package made it through customs and was delivered the next day!
