Then don’t auction it? That’s literally the risk whenever you do an Auction on Ebay, not PWCC specific.

If you dont want to auction it just use the BIN / Best Offer

Whats it like to sell from the vault on auction?

Theres going to be a fee, naturally, and then there’s a huge chance your item wont reach the price you needed it to

Is any of this in your control when dealing in pwcc or am I missing something?

When you put it on the PWCC Auctions, you can not cancel the sale, if that is what you’re asking about. On Ebay, you can.

And I don’t think PWCC have a lowest price either

Im clicking Vault Marketplace so things get scanned quicker hehe, then Ill just list it at a high price

Anyone one else still waiting on scans to show up for their March Vault submissions, particularly sealed product?

I shipped everything together to them, delivered March 19th. Cards were scanned in about a week later, but still no sign of sealed product. A rep did tell me sealed has a different process line and takes longer, but pushing a month with no reference to my sealed product portion (other than my word that they were in the fedex box) is a bit concerning.

Hi Kent! Due to the massive amount of mail we are receiving, our curation process has now changed to the following:

Modern Graded: 7 to 10 business days
Vintage Graded: 15 to 20 business days -This is due to the Eye Appeal review
Oversized Graded: Processed once a month
Factory sealed wax boxes: Processed once a month
Raw: As soon as possible no estimated timeframe.

This is to make the curation process more streamline and less chaotic to ensure each item is getting the correct details needed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have put on you.

I weirdly have items in different stages at the moment from my final larger submission (end of March). Some are still in appraisal and some are in final review. All should be considered “modern.” I also have a single card that came from ebay from the beginning of the month that still doesn’t have an image yet.

I’d be very curious to see the updated vault numbers after this. It was above 100k before the freebies. Wonder if it’s above 500k now

My sealed took 32 days from them recieving to be scanned and curated.

I just hate how I can buy a booster box in their March auction and it needs to be RE-SCANNED in again? So dumb

Just had my first unpaid vault buyer. Been 11 days, no payment, and pwcc hasn’t relisted the item yet. Pretty annoyed. Seems like someone just wanted the item off the market for a while…

Same issue happened to me with 2 items…one unpaid for 10 days now and one for (only) 4 days. Did PWCC do anything since you posted?

They relisted it to my vault 48 hours after the 10 day period. I’ve had 3 more unpaids since then including a $60 card which is just shameful. Taking a pwcc ban for a 60 dollar card seems really dumb

This thread made me realise I have a PSA 8 Red Cheek Pikachu there I bought bloody ages ago haha!

Was super easy to do and I thought the costs involved were reasonable. Being a collector in the UK often the cost and security of shipping a high end card is just bonkers so I like this service.

I snuck in two large 3 free subs yesterday. I’ll update once I see scans and once I see final curation. I imagine I am not quite the tail end as people can postmark shipments today and some people may be using services like USPS registered or shipping from international so 3FREE promos will likely trickle into mid April.

I was a bit shocked at first that for 200+ card 30+ lb boxes they sent overnight labels but I guess it makes sense given the values. The label cost was really cheap considering the size and weight and the insurance values I had put on them.

My first submission was sent 3-11, received 3-13. Scans came up pretty quick but I’m not sure of the exact day. Yesterday a couple had values and now they all do. Still not showing as fully curated and able to be listed in the vault marketplace yet, but must be close.

My scans are up from the first of these two shipments. Second was only a day behind in receiving so should be up soon. Looks like I did 454 cards in one go so I sold myself a bit short when I said 200+ cards lol. Don’t worry I won’t send any more than 20-30 cards per month and they’ll all be a good mix by block.

I’ll update again once curated in case anyone is tracking their own that came in towards the end.

It is ridiculous indeed. They should value their time more and charge $75 an hour with a 0.5 hour minimum for people who don’t follow their instructions.

Sounds good. I was about to place another vault submission and it freaked me out today. I always team bag my slabs to mitigate any water damage during shipment. Yes, it is only 3 grade cards.
