If you contact them PWCC will adjust your invoice. They also charged me for some cards that were part of the promotion until I contacted them
Recently sent some cards and the whole process has been faster than expected

I have some cards in final review but the insured value is less than I would want it to be. Is there a way within the website to change that/submit a revision like with auctions?
I got a $0.50 charge too, processing fee. Paid it haha because I’m happy to pay $0.50 for what I’ve gotten.
You can change it yourself
Quick question.
Do you create a vault submission for every card you buy on eBay that you send directly to the vault?
@eyesofmadara , you make a submission for every package that is sent to them, whether it includes 1 card or 1000 cards.
No, you only create a submission if you are sending the cards from yourself, not from a vendor.
(at least I don’t and it’s worked out)
Same here. They’ve never said anything about not notifying them. It’s a smooth process
As much as I love the dynamic that the vault introduces… it really takes away from the idea of it being my collection of cards. It’s pretty much just a bank account at that point lol

I agree with you but I think the beauty of it is choice. When we are put in situations that feel like we have no option it makes it feel like we are helpless but having the ability to have them ship the cards back to you or visit them and see them in person in the future allows you options, that still make it about your collection.

I have for every one. Like having it there with the tracking and I can connect it to the pwcc image in the event that a seller ever sent me something not as described.

The vault makes sense if you have a large collection and/or your collection requires insurance, or if you are looking to sell large amounts of graded cards.
For people like myself with few graded cards, none highly valuable, it doesn’t make sense to use.
It’s less about wanting your cards to be on hand or not, I’m sure most people would love for their entire collection to be in arm’s reach, but the positives of sending cards to PWCC can outweigh that in many cases.

I have to use safety deposit boxes and storage lockers but most I can head out to see most anytime. If I was international though I may use them until I could fly in.
I noticed that PWCC now says that curating takes 5-20 days because of high volumes
Thoughts on PWCC launching loans on market value of your vault? Think this may have been their motivation for the free vault submission promotion? May appeal to the high-risk-takers who may take loans to buy more cards. :\

They aren’t launching that, it’s been around since the Vault was opened.
They just want more cards because their vault is huge and cards really don’t take up much space, and you are more likely to sell via PWCC if it’s already in the vault.
Is it normally free to list through PWCC BIN and only be charged the seller premium if your item sells? Or is there a listing or some other fee?
Im clicking Vault Marketplace so things get scanned quicker hehe, then Ill just list it at a high price
Whats it like to sell from the vault on auction?
Theres going to be a fee, naturally, and then there’s a huge chance your item wont reach the price you needed it to
Is any of this in your control when dealing in pwcc or am I missing something?
I imagine having a card on sale at the wrong place wrong time and being obligated to sell at the unfair price if it comes to that…worst case scenario situation
