The case in the third picture has an inner sleeve used to accommodate for smaller sized cards. The differences in the case width are a result of that inclusion.
Edit: If I had to guess the card in the third picture might be a Topsun card.

It’s actually a carddass card. Taken from the backside.
Cardass and Topsun are both non-standard sized cards and are roughly the same size. So pretty close I guess

Reason for this is a new case design. For non-standard sized cards, they are still using the older styled cases.

Thank you. That was very informative, you even went so far as to measure the weight and thickness of it!
On another note though, what’s does the text on the bottom left corner of the slab say? Can’t really seem to make out what it is…
