PSA pause all international submissions due to tariffs

My local EU grader said they are still not being able to submit.

Does anyone know about any EU graders that are able to operate as normal?

All the major German ones to my knowledge operate as usual, Dave & Adams Europe too. But at this point you might as well wait the few months out until you’ll be able to submit to the European PSA office later this year.

GCC from France is also able to grade cards normally. They have an official partnership with PSA though.

Had a submission come back that I put in right before the tariffs hit. Im unsure if its due to the tariffs, but PSA have changed to using DHL for returns and consequently ive been charged import VAT when I shouldnt have been :wilted_flower:

You can fight it/reclaim the VAT with your tax authority. I’ve had this issue with FEDEX.

Actually DHL are usually pretty good, but they do charge a brokerage fee (approx 40€) regardless of the declared value.

Just a quick update - I made a submission to PSA via Fanatics on 1 July - they confirmed there is no card limit in place now by the way. Also made a submission via Trust Grading a few days later in person at Brentwood Card Show. Both subs were just under 30 cards.

@Gomos @Jons_pokestop Have either of you had any updated from Fanatics re your subs? I’ve had a first email from them confirming our submission to them, but nothing since.

With Trust on the other hand, I’ve already had an update that our sub is with PSA, and there is a solid stream of updates on previous submissions moving through the process, which feels nice.

In my Fanatics App, under Vault > Submissions, it says ā€œGradingā€

Submitted instore on June 12th and received at Fanatics on July 3rd. I didn’t receive a separate notification to say it is in Grading.

Hope that helps.

Ah ok - you submitted via Vault. Mine was submitted direct to PSA and won’t go via their Vault.
