I have just a short question about PSA grading… I have once ordered some card savers at PSA… to do so I had to submit… but I did not make costy membership… now I can log in but when I want to print a submission form it says that I dont have a membership and cant do it. So I try to print a non-member submission form but I would have to submit again with my email…
I just dont understand that… do I have to submit a second time to do a submission or how does it work to do a grading without membership?`
