Do BIN and best offer reflect accurately on Ebay?

Im guessing I should I disregard the completed listings if it’s not sold via auction? I was under the assumption Ebay would show the actual accepted offer amount when sorting by sold/completed.
@assassin5757 , Take the item number and put it into the classic Flippertools and you’ll get the sold price
