Price check on psa 9 no rarity charizard

The 3rd PSA 10 no rarity Charizard just sold for close to 13kusd I wouldnt be letting go of a 9 for the price it went the other night at auction… no way, to precious.

Only 3k off the 1st ed shadowless zards recent sale, and only a few years after it becoming a little bit more common amoungst japanese collectors knowledge.

I just grabbed one in Mandarake Nakano for ¥30k. Not the best condition, but I’ll be grading it anyway.

I bid $1500 U.S. on it, but didn’t want to go higher since as good as it looks m, there could be an issue bringing it to an 8 not seen in the pictures.

Smart. There,s a 8 that sat on ebay for quite a while at $1000… so you just never know. Is it $1k or $3k? $1500 seems like a wiser move than paying top dollar IMO.

yeah, I didn’t seriously think I had a chance, but had to try! Looks like it will grade a 9 though so what it sold for was pretty normal.

I never, ever pass up the opportunity to pick up a beat-up no-rarity Lizardon. If the card is torn or missing a piece, then no. But a few creases and scuff marks? No problem!

I’m trying to find a pic of the one I found in nakano - I’m hoping the price was still on the sleeve as I can’t remember how much it was!

Cool thing to have though. I agree with you on not passing on the opportunity. Who knows, might be worth loads in th future.

Besides Charizard, I have noticed there is an increase in ‘supply’ of no rarity cards in general on yahoo auction japan - also seem like there is an upward trend in ending prices for decent condition ones. Not sure if this is driven by a new found focus/demand but we will see!
