Appreciate it, I got in for a sec but crashed at add to cart.
i think they thing they goofed on was making it one per item instead of one per purchase. this allowed bots or whoever to just add as many things as they could to their cart and speedrun the inventory

Really not sure what’s going on with museum web store, i can’t add anything to cart but i can refresh my cart view and it apparently shows some random people’s carts. I’ve so far encountered a single canvas purchase in uk, some magnets and shirt going somewhere inside europe and over a 1000€ order in taiwan

The webstore is getting even more weird. I managed to add the postcard set in my cart but when i got in my cart there were again different products. I tried to add my address and see if it was a visual bug and there actually was my postcard set but before payment i didn’t get any proof that it was my order so i returned to cart, but soon after that i got an order confirmation in my email with contents of that wrong order i saw and that it was paid with paypal. I never went in payment phase nor added any paypal info and at least not yet no money has been taken from my paypal but still very worrysome and not how it should be going. Emailed already them that this is not the order i made and if i any payments have been taken from me they have to be returned. Really messed up.

I haven‘t seen any other page besides the error page since I got an email notification. And I‘m refreshing constantly. So how did you manage to even cart things?

Yea I’ve had the same thing, constantly seeing other people’s orders in my cart… very strange

How do you guys even manage to get on the shop page. Every time I try to connect to the shop I will get the message “503 Service Temporarily Unavailable”
And this has been happening to me for almost the whole day now xD

I just regularly took few minutes to spam the add to cart button once i got to store page with postcards, one time before the case that i just wrote about it said “item added to cart” or something similar but then the case above happened. However when i decided to gove it one more try it said “purchase limit of 1” when i again tried to add the postcards to cart and that time my cart actually was showing the correct view. It took a lot of attempts but i managed to add my address and pay them so i guess it went through (still possible they cancel it tho). Got confirmation and paypal payment went through (still luckily nothing about the random wrong order in my paypal account) so i’m done with this, i hope i’ll actually receive them but really can’t be sure about it at this point

Well i’m glad now that i settled for postcards and abandoned the idea of getting the prints of those since they quickly sold out, hopefully you manage to finalise your purchase too but it took multiple attempts for me too

Pretty sure everything is sold out. I added the coloring book, post card set, sunflora notebook, key rings, and magnets but when I got to checkout it said they were out of stock.
Also, I get the same error of seeing other people stuff which has actually been going on for a few days on the van gogh site. This time I saw a different persons email address so be a little careful when entering your information into the site as it is possible that someone else will see it.

I got through again, removed the Card Wallet from my cart, tried to add the Magnet Set, which told me there was insufficient stock despite the item not being marked as out of stock. I was able to successfully complete my order for just the Keyring Set afterwards.
Curiously, the Card Wallet postcards appear to be different from both the Pokémon Center set and the other Van Gogh Museum set. It does not include the Corviknight artwork, and the cropping is different from the Pokémon Center versions (they do not artificially extend the artwork like their Pokémon Center counterparts);

That’s actually really messed up, i regret placing an order now. Not worth it to risk personal information getting in wrong hands because of one postcard set
Every time I refresh my cart I get someone else’s random cart. I have been able to get through to the checkout page but it’s always filled out with someone elses name, email and address. I can keep refreshing but it keeps reloading with another persons personal info. This is completely busted for me, never seen this happen on any site.
