I think Pokemon is trying to establish that it isn’t just a little kid’s game anymore.
well cause most of the VGC players are all older fans who have played the game from the early days or people who got into pokemon the past 2-5 years.I’m very interested in how the metagame will turn out to be with MEGA pokemon and other stuff

Really? They just messed up all the amazing Gamefreak designs
I like the whole Mega Pokemon idea. Most of the new designs look good in my opinion. My favorite are Alakazam, Aerodactyl, Ampharos, and Houndoom.
