Well the only one I dislike is the Fire one, I just don’t really like ‘cutesy’ stuff usually. They’ll probably evolve into better looking stuff, though.

I didn’t like the starters much but I have to admit the owl is so cute! I will make my decision only when seeing the final forms through. I feel like the fire one could have a great final stage but who knows. I think I’ll go with Pokemon Sun as I really liked the lion like design of that legendary.

I’m really excited for these games and it looks like the game play is going to get some great additions :blush: Can’t wait for more stuff to be revealed! The area looks really great. I’m getting tropical Hoenn vibes. And Hoenn is my favorite region…

Im starting with the Fire Cat! Love the look of both the legionaries especially the Lion one!

The game comes out on my last day of my Diploma’s semester! after some hard-work I can look forward to playing the &th Generation! WOOOOO

Finally actual news!

My initial thoughts:

  1. Sun Legendary (Basically Saberleomon…) > Moon Legendary (Feels like a Moon-themed Yveltal)

  2. Grass Starter > Fire Starter > Water Starter, but I’ll probably end up going with the Fire Starter to stick with tradition. I feel like the water starter got shafted hard though; they probably had to make up for the fact that Greninja dominated Gen 6. xD The final forms matter more to me than the initial as that’s what we’re gonna be stuck with at the end of the game, so I’ll hold off full judgment till I see those.

  3. Can’t say I’m too fond of the Hawaiian themed Alola (lol) region. It feels more like a tropical paradise vacation spinoff zone than a full blown region. The map also looks pretty small to me; it doesn’t even look like there’s a major central city that all the past regions had. Here’s to hoping that this leaves room for us to revisit Kalos or something.

Final forms matter much more to me than the Basic Starters as well. I could turn out loving the Fire/Water and hating the Grass final evolution.
