Does eBay not require everyone to have payment entered in when bidding? I have noticed Black Label Blaster auctioning off higher valued cards then listing them on his eBay for a couple thousand more Buy It Now with Best Offer. Seems a bit odd he runs into so many non paying customers, I know it is a thing but seems like shill bidding to me.
