Hey guys, saw that Ludkins website is down and can’t track my orders anymore. I have quite a few orders out still pending, what is the best process for trying to claim these? Do I reach out to PSA? Does Ludkins still respond to email?

Since US orders are slowly being returned, its a waiting game. There hasn’t been much if any communication from Ludkins. Basically these threads/E4 have provided more information to customers than Ludkins. Members are receiving graded orders back, so that is the hopeful outcome for everyone. Where the UK branch is just getting everything sent back as is graded or ungraded.

Ok interesting, so the plan is still just wait – when orders come back Ludkins will likely reach out via email (this is how they had done it prior) and then I pay for shipping and all wrapped up. Just wanted to make sure I don’t need to proactively do anything or inform PSA for now. Happy to keep waiting

Yes they send an email for return shipping. I think members mentioned spring 2021 are starting to return. But not sure if there is much method to the madness.

just got upcharges for 215G-H. My largest remaining sub with Ludkins.

Update to my situation–after providing some market data to Ludkins, Peter contacted PSA to contest the upcharge and it was lowered to $75. Still maybe a little high ($105 all in) if you consider 2021 prices when I originally submitted, but at least more in the ballpark of what I might have expected.
Unfortunately it’s not based at all on the prices when you originally submitted, but only by the most recent post grading value as determined by PSA. The price in 2021 won’t matter at all.
Glad it got lowered for you though. Quick research shows that card should fall under “Regular” at $100 a card, so the upcharge should be $100 - initial grading fee so no more than $70 based on your $30 fee. Unsure how they decided on $150 extra, even accounting for the old/different grading fees

Ahh yea then it’s pretty reasonable. The card spiked very briefly to around $1,700 in October, so that might be where they got the original $150 upcharge from.
So I got my order back this weekend and the cards I chose to not grade after recieving my pregrades weren’t included in my return. Has this happened to anyone else?
Finally got this response from Peter after a couple weeks of asking for an update on my orders:
Here’s where we’re at: we have less than 100 submissions in total that have not yet returned from PSA. Half are being released this week, and we will be getting them back soon after. Less than 50 subs will remain at that point, and we’re working to get those back in the upcoming weeks, as soon as possible. Please keep in mind having them returned is simply one part of the process, and an immense amount of work goes into processing and returning submissions to customers after they are returned to us. We sincerely appreciate your patience so far and ask for just a little bit more as we finish out the remaining submissions.
Hopefully this is finally almost behind us. Meanwhile my Fukuda autos still aren’t on the POP report so

I never got this email, I have 3 of my 4 orders returned. So 1 order left with 300 cards in it

I never got any email like the ones shared earlier in this thread either, it seems they don’t send you the “here’s where we’re at” emails unless you’re actively emailing them to complain/inquire.
I have 4 in there, hoping to at least hear about one pretty soon. The email seems to suggest that processing at “Ludkins” will take a long time, so I’m not confident we’ll hear about returns of the 50 being released this week until the new year.

Mew Gold Star has been stagnant at 13
Mewtwo Gold Star has gone from 9 to 11 (Down to 10 as of 2/3/23) (Back up to 11 as of 2/12/23)
Celebi Gold Star has been stagnant at 8
Also LC Box Topper Charizard has gone from 1 to 4 (now at 5 as of 1/9/23) (now up to 6 as of 2/3/23) (Up to 7 as of 2/9/23) (Up to 8 as of 2/12/23)

I got an email from Peter asking for my return address finally! Part of PCDL-1 which I believe was my feb 2021 group submission.
UPDATE: Paid return shipping costs, got my tracking number and spoke to Peter who was willing to hold off on shipping my cards back until I returned to town!
Just 1 more group submission to go!
