If anyone here wants to take part in one of the events where you can try the Switch 2 out, the registration for the drawing where you can get tickets for that starts tomorrow.

I’m so excited for pokemon to upgrade to gamecube graphics!!!

Any time someone says this, I don’t believe they’ve actually played Gamecube games.

Though no disrespect to the Gamecube, especially as someone who’s always been a fun > graphics person and likes the 3DS lol.

Especially when some of the models are obviously from the N64 games. I love the games, but some of them you can see how old those models are.

If we could at least get the aesthetics or animations like the GameCube games had, I’d be happy.

Looking forward to it, however it will be really though the replicate the success of the Switch.

Hopefully Gamefreak ups their grafic game and Legends Z-A won’t be another Legends Arceus situation.

Super excited to see what’s improved from the Switch! Although, I was hoping that they would improve the joycons a bit so it’s more comfortable when in handheld mode. I’ve been spoiled by my PlayStation Portal with how comfortable it is.

If Gamefreak could return to making games that weren’t a jittering mess with flat textures and terrible overworld design, that’d be lovely.

They should just hire the dozen or so talented rom hack developers and put them in charge

That costs money.

They can fire whoever’s been working on them to recoup some funds. Just clean house and bring in people who care

+1 they need actual people from the actual ©hahbee™ in the dev team. Bethesda also needs to gut their dev managers and put in people who actually like open world RPGs (I’m not bitter at all).

Do you all think that it’s an actual problem with the GameFreak devs as opposed to the time constraints that the Pokemon Company is imposing on them? Or both?

I think pokemon’s video game “problems” stem from time crunch and the sad reality that they sell better than any other games despite the “bad” quality

lol I won’t lie I don’t really know, I just used this as an excuse to moan about Bethesda and how shit Starfield is

Best case scenario, they dedicate PLZA as a Switch 2 game from the ground up

Realistic scenario imo, PLZA is actually a Switch 1 game that will have a Switch 2 port later in the year making way for gen 10 as the primary Switch 2 focus. Contrary to my pre-announcement prediction, I’m starting to doubt TPC will give up 1 year of next-gen merchandise for PLZA

absolutely both. fire gamefreak, hire monolift soft. Get other studios to make spin offs that aren’t no name phone game companies too while we are at it. BDSP was massively disrespectful. Platinum is superior to BDSP.
