Why are they so rare?

They are just reverse holo’s from very old sets so they are hard to find. Many reverse holo commons/uncommons from Expedition/Aquapolis/Skyridge can be really hard to get. I’ve been working on “pimping”, as we used to call it, old decks from the wizards era from when I played, and actually going to post some soon (Rain Dance/Damage Swap/Typhlosion/Venucenter) etc, etc. Some of the reverse holo cards took me ages to get and I had to order cards from all around the world. The 2 Underground Lakes are for the classic “Turbo Tops” deck.
