- TPC has released similar Trainer card collaborations before such as Abareru-kun and Plump Musician

This is actually so cool! Definitetely another very strong contender for one of the few cards nowadays that will likely stay as a Japanese exclusive. We are even expecting the Iono’s Wattrel promo to come in English soon as Taiwan are getting it in their Ascended Heroes next month.

Small clarification, Taiwan/HK is getting both Mega Dream ex and Start Deck 100 Battle Collection identical to JP. Ascended Heroes is for TPCi languages only, combining cards from both products. I’m also expecting AR Iono’s Wattrel to show up in English as it frees a slot for potentially SAR Mega Charizard Y ex

Is there a Pokémon on the logo of his shirt? 
My mind goes to Gengar from the intro of Pokemon Red/Blue. Not sure what is on the other side though. Doesn’t really look like a Nidorino of Jigglypuff like in Red/Blue, looks like a Trainer? or maybe a Doduo..

I would like to revise my earlier statement: I would actually be super psyched to see a Mega Slowbro deck in this. The hype of new art outweighs the inconvenience of finding the cards

- Cards with mirror foil variants derive from decks where all half art cards have mirror foil
- Pokémon ex are either nonholo or mirror foil, they have no glitter or texture
- Suicune V was in S7D Towering Perfection and Raikou V / Entei V were in 2021’s Start Deck 100, all 3 of which received SAR in S12a VSTAR Universe. In this Start Deck 100 Battle Collection, Regirock ex was reprinted along with a new Registeel ex and Regice ex

Traditional Chinese will have the same Start Deck 100 Battle Collection and new cards from it should be in Ascended Heroes for English/TPCi

Its awesome that this opening seems part opening and part variety show. Can anyone explain what the posters are that they are holding inbetqeen openings? Is it a game? Prediction? Value level?

While it’s not my least favorite art, I wish the Surging Sparks Magnemite had a cooler art to go with the Magneton because they’re both being reprinted a bunch. Also vaguely wish it got a funny ex like Voltorb did.
