So glad each generation was included instead of the typical kanto only. Will pick up a gen 2 deck for sure!

The ex cards are somewhat meh as usual even though i like the odd pick of amoongus and maybe will get xerneas as it’s slowly creeped up as one of my favourites. But some lovely new bulk cards like the toadscool, skwovet and squawkabilly that i will for sure add in some of my side collections

Man i LOVE the gen 4 advert artwork. I wonder who illustrated it.
Gonna be on the hunt of a nice clean flyer.

I think Gen 1 is by Atsushi Furusawa, Gen 5 is by Arita and Gen 9 is by Ryota Murayama.
Unsure about the rest though Murayama could certainly have done more than 1.
edit: Actually they might have done 3 each?
Furusawa: Kanto, Sinnoh, Alola
Arita: Johto, Unova, Galar
Murayama: Hoenn, Kalos, Paldea

Would make a nice binder page. Taking a shot at the locations, feel free to fill in the ones I missed:
Fighting dojo in Saffron
Route 45 south end
The summit of Mt. Pyre
?
Outside of Pinwheel Forest
?
?
?
?
I know they have names too. I’ll come back to the list later today.

Someone on Twitter/X made references already. As for locations I have no clue, maybe they’re found at the same places in-game

The backgrounds are also where they are in each game. Fighting Dojo in Gen 1, Route 45 in Gen 2, Mt. Pyre in Gen 3, Route 211 (but looks like a slightly different spot that where they are located in the game) in Gen 4, Route 13 in Gen 5, Route 8 in Gen 6, Poni Gauntlet in Gen 7, Hammerlock in Gen 8 (this one is inside the city, so that shows on the card), and Glaseado Mountain for Gen 9.

Blackbelt Cadoc, Route 8
