Iron Boulder ex uses the English promo art- it was the only one that didn’t get a reprint in Terastal Festival IIRC.
Team Rocket’s Nidoking also uses the English promo art and I think you or someone else mentioned the Persian does as well but I haven’t checked that yet.

I really wish they would release decks like these in English instead of bundling them lazily in with whatever set is releasing next. Maybe if they released them without any of the IRs or SIRs though so people could actually buy them…
