That’s a good sign that they will pass the info to psa. Despite the fact that, to some, Ludkins may appear to be shady, it is also in their best interest for everybody to get their cards back.

If publicly known rules or information like that were the reason, they could again just communicate that. Then and now.

If/when they pass info onto psa, they would just have to ask customers if they are willing to have them do that.

My cards are stuck at their PO BOX. They claim that they’ll be sending them back today, so I would expect to get them back by Friday at the latest. I’ll keep y’all posted.

Hey everyone,

We have a quick update:

  • Your online documents were reinstated around 12pm UK time today. You should have access now. If some of you do not, please do a hard refresh and any problems we will utilise our team to fix these issues for you throughout the week.

  • We met with several clients today to hand back their cards.

  • We are closing our PO BOX which means once done any orders will be returned to sender once completed.

  • Over the next few days we will be returning any UK orders that were not dispatched to PSA.

  • We are utilising trusted companies in the community to return cards that were not wanted to be sent to PSA.

We will announce those partners prior to dispatch so you will know they are in safe hands.

  • We will change our name on socials back to Ludkins Collectables when able so collectors can easily find us. We had to make a quick decision at the time of the announcement. We will also include our logo and the Ludkins banner to ensure collectors know it’s us to reach out for support.

Thank you to those that have been kind and understanding throughout these times. Please remember, if we didn’t care we would not be here still.

Doesn’t answer anything RE cards stuck with PSA though :man_facepalming:t4: I don’t get why they are being difficult regarding giving people the order numbers their cards are in or passing it over to PSA. Would make it so easy for PSA to release cards.

Hand over the info to PSA so they can deal with us directly. I dont give a damn about anything else. The guy is just mocking us with these empty updates everytime. Doesn’t anwser anything relevant to any of us waiting for 2 years.

What does a hard reset even mean. Do I have to throw my phone or computer on the ground to be able to recover these documents? And their team is what, Sabrina and Thomas? Where as Sabrina is their control + V expert. Hardly capable of fixing things. If Sabrina isnt just Thomas in disguise
