Nat just confirmed that the reason PSA couldnāt obtain customer information from Ludkins is because Barney was demanding a ācrazy amount of money for itā. Think this explains why it was deleted from Google drive. As expected the data breach was just an excuse.

We have two official statements, one from PSA and one from Ludkins. If Nat wants to release more info, screenshots of DMs isn;t the way to do it.
When has an official statement ever been the truth? Greed got us here and greed keeps us here. Ive watched this and for a very long time it was obvious it was robbing peter to pay paul. Its horrid for all those that are stuck in no mans land.

Lets not victim blame. Someone sending 18, 180, 1800, or 18000 cards are all customers. You have to remember back then the specials were potentially once in a lifetime. I donāt know if we will ever see service levels that cheap again. Its not the customers fault that Ludkins didnāt communicate for years. At least PSA has communicated and actively removed the backlog = do their job.

To be honest I dont really care what has been said or not. At this point we can all conclude that Ludkins has dropped the ball and refuse to pick it up again. They made a big mess of everything and have shown zero intent of putting the customers interest above theirs. The fact our cards are more then half a year delayed for no good reason shows just that.
Ludkins doesnāt deserve a dime anymore and there should be enough external pressure for him to release those documents without getting paid for it. If not then hopefully PSA can be relatively quick processing things and give us a timeframe in which we can expect our cards back. In one hand we finally get some parts of the truth and the real reason behind the delay. But untill PSA sorts out this mess we still are in the dark whether our submission details are enough for them acknowledge ownership of the cards.
Id be surprised if Barney could even roam freely at this point. Heās made alot of enemies
