I haven’t seen anyone mention this online or on this list but there is a Complete Forme Zygarde on Shaymin EX 77a/108. Located in the bottom left behind the Mega Rayquaza.
One of my favourite cards and only noticed it because I got the Japanese copy and the texture lit Zygarde up. I was shocked.

Spotted two (three?) here that are missing for Vivid Voltage.
In Wooper’s bath, there’s a Staryu toy (somehow, this is right next to the Wailmer toy which WAS on the list)
Behind Nessa in front of the lighthouse, there are statues for Toxtricity, both Amped and Low-Key forms, though the lighting is really bad, so you’d only know to look for them if you knew they were there from the games.

I’m really happy to know this thread is active. I got inspired to check through my Fusion Strike cards and wow I found a lot more.

Starting with the easy ones. Wild that Grimmsnarl and Rookidee were already spotted on 128, but not Corviknight. And I almost didn’t check Latias - I was sure that would’ve been caught already, but I can’t find it listed.

020 - Sandygast
This is actually the same Sandygast as in 063 (already found) and 125 (not cameo), also of FS. You can only see the shovel and a little lump of sand on 020, which is why it was probably missed. I happened to have all three of this little narrative set so I was able to verify it as a Sandygast without too much searching. Love that Araquanid and Mudkip work together to gather shells for the little guy!

This might be stretching what a cameo is, but this is another narrative set, where the evidence of the Pokemon that came before accumulates for each next card. I’m not 100% sure I would have counted these if I wasn’t collecting Smeargle already (and if I wasn’t biased by the fact I already have all four of these, giving me three free pickups for my Smeargle collection). I do feel like these at least should definitely count for Smeargle, since seeing the paint on the Meowth card is what tipped me off that this was a narrative set. Would love to hear thoughts on “evidence of a specific Pokemon” for this topic. Shout-out to the bulbapedia page for “Footprint” which actually lists these four.

And some more subtle cameos. All three versions of the Schoolboy have the Blipbug logo, though when searching for pictures of 276, it looks like the rainbow finish can wash it out on some prints of the card.
I think the shiny Cascoon patch is probably my favorite of all the finds though. It’s super subtle despite being a cameo of a shiny Pokemon.

Wow, insane observation! The Sandygast connection and the complete Smeargle connection is actually so awesome. So small details but these are like easter eggs spread across the artworks by the Illustrator for people to observe. Really cool. Thanks so much for sharing!

Ok, this Altaria is the hardest one yet. If you can’t see it, there’s a golden bird statue on the top of the tower just below Dewpider’s disconnected water droplet. I figured out pretty quickly that Dewpider is in Malie Garden, but I could find ZERO high-quality images of this tower online. It doesn’t have the bird statue in the anime, and it flashes on screen for like a split second in the game. I was about to give up, but then I decided to see if there were any high-def let’s plays on youtube, and while that’s a loaded question for the Alola games, I still found what I needed! I checked footage from SM and USUM to be sure. It’s still not 100% clear, but lumpy wings, trailing head feathers, and a cloud motif on the tower makes me confident this is supposed to be an Altaria. There are even a ton of Swablu statues elsewhere in the garden. Please if someone has higher-quality images of this, I’d LOVE to see them.
Wimpod is a nice find since it doesn’t look like the species has been listed in the thread yet. As far as I can tell, the other graffiti marks on the card are just scribbles. Glad they kept this one in!

I thought so too at first, but I tried tracing it out and couldn’t get it to make sense. The card art doesn’t use the same 3D models (or at least textures) as the game, so I wasn’t going to include it if I wasn’t convinced.
There’s this on Bulbapedia
It appears in front of the Pokemon Centre as well and another one in blue.
Could be something else but what I see is the head and the stripe on its neck.
