This is the same one I used in my example, I just cropped it to show the same area. It really doesn’t look like the same shape as what’s there in the game to me, even looking at the physical card.
I was today years old when I found a Staryu cameo on this Mantyke card from Paradox Rift!
This one is cooler than most because it’s actually a mug shot!

It may be obvious, since the Pokémon is in the card’s name and therefore technically not a cameo by Josh’s definitions:
But only today I realized all Spirit Link cards are missing. I usually use a combination of the Bulbapedia page for the Pokémon, plus Ctrl+F for the Pokémon-name in this thread for all English cameos (still hoping for a Japanese thread one day 
), but this approach would exclude all Spirit Link cards.
Just gonna add a list for those in this comment, mostly as a future reference for myself:

I mean, I don’t want to kill this thread or anything, but perhaps PSA both regarding not having to ctrl f and covering Japanese cards: I find the cameo card database by Reddit user u/RotomAmiti (which was linked before) much easier to use.

hello i’m new but i wanted to contribute to this post! i know there’s the spread sheet by RotomAmiti listed above, but i just really like the way this is formatted by set so thought it’d be nice to update it with the newer sets.
i used HonchoMNY’s and LotusMW’s replies to doublecheck what i’ve found. thankfully, it wasn’t completely redundant work on my part since i did find a couple more that were missed and a few corrections.
i am not familiar with all the pokemon in this set so would love for a second pair of eyes to confirm that i got everything correct and that i spelled everything right, but these are the cameos i found. Nice finds, except the Looker one cannot be Alcremie since the card came out before SWSH and Alcremie were released.
We saw Ho-oh in episode 1 of the anime…
