This was so fun to paint!
I remember catching my Scyther playing Yellow as a 6-7 year old haha.
I never let it out of my party after getting it, kept it there all the way til I finished the game.

Hi everyone! Got a quick Jigglypuff for you today 
I love the soft transition effect in his eyes, and really tried capturing it using watercolor.
Plus, one of my favorite anime carddasses is this sharpie one 
Gotta love that Pokemon history!
(And old anime / manga humor, which at the time I had no idea what it was)

Based this one on PLANETA Igarashi’s artwork from the SwSh set.
The fun thing here is that the approach I took here is closer to my non-pokemon watercolors.
So I was feeling in my element.

Seriously though the artistic ability of this is insane. You did the shading so well and perfectly captured the spirit of celebi. I swear after christmas sometime next year I will commission something from you. Or maybe just buy that celebi if you’d be willing to part with the original

Hi everyone!
Today I have something cool for you - finally got around to painting Mew! 
Also, don’t know if you’ll find this interesting, but I thought I’d share with you the stage before adding the line-work.
This is all done with watercolor.
Ilove the look of it with just the basic light and shadow, and the watercolors’ smooth transitions.
I hope you enjoy seeing it too
