Least Favourite Art of Your Favourite Pokemon?

Hi all,

People often talk about their favourite artworks of their favourite Pokemon.

But what is your least favourite artwork of your favourite Pokemon?

I’ll start. Hopefully this isn’t one for the “unpopular opinions” thread, but here’s my least favourite Mew. It just doesn’t really look like typical Mew to me, and reminds me more of a Spynhx cat.

definitely an unpopular opinion, but as someone who’s favorite pokemon is mew, i agree this one feels weird.

idk what my least favorite would be of mew. probably some generic CGI EX or something

For Togepi, it isn’t particularly close in my opinion.

For Jirachi, the basic black and white era EX cards just don’t do it for me at all.

VMAX cards are awful

I generally don’t mind Sugimori stock art, but this doesn’t do it for me

I just want more from this, it feels incomplete, and like Sableye wasn’t ready for the photo to be taken

Not much to choose from here yet, but not a big fan of the “baby shinies”

I flip flop on this one a lot, Do I love it or do I hate it?

It looks like an in universe puppet version of a Raichu, There’s no ear curl or visible tail. It looks like he or she is standing in a tree. What’s going on?

There’s 3 in this style by the same artist (5ban). Obviously I know pokemon are not real but these look the most generic 3d model versions, like they were just lifted from the game and used without any extra care or effort. Too CGI if anything.

i really dislike this one. If the trainer and Whismur werent there itd be a lot better. Its better art wise than a rainbow or plain full art, but those I dont have a strong distaste for like this.

I still dont think Rayquaza has had a good alt art
