Not a Pokemon card, but same question still applies.
Buying cards based on photos is often tough. Buying Japanese cards is tougher when you cant easily ask questions.
I saw this photo on a listing today. Is this the elusive whitening/silvering that people refer to? or just some sort of odd lighting thing.
Bonus question. On an otherwise perfect card is this ‘defect’ (if it is one) likely to drop a card to a 9? (I don’t grade cards but I do like to know I have nice ones
