Nitpicks:

Umbreon and Espeon are ‘A’ tier (for ENGLISH) as they’re non-holo. This is a card nitpick and not an art nitpick.

I’d never question Fukuda’s artistic/stylistic choice + knowledge of what he’s drawing (obviously) but…imo…Alakazam could/should have been more pink.
I would love nothing more than to see Fukuda draw every existing Pokemon in his Gold Star art style and that’s why pretty much everything is ‘S’ tier for me.

I’m not a huge fan of the artworks, but I don’t feel to put any of them in the F tier.
I also totally agree with Gomos: Charizard could have been so much better; the poses & anatomies on some Pokemon are just weird

As a Torchic collector, probably my second favorite card behind the WB card (my pfp here). Was a pain to track down all 4 of the gold star Torchics
