Hello all, this is my general wantlist for more elusive cards and the random few I need to complete my Global Torchic Master Set.
I’m in the U.S. but I have some very generous forum members on here that would be willing to middleman things from either France, Singapore, or the UK.
Italian Nintendo Black Star Promo 008
This is the last card I need for my art set of this card. None are available on Cardmarket. From talking to several Italian collectors, this is about a $25 card that just rarely shows up. Willing to pay $100 for it in LP+.
I am likely to eventually want the Mudkip and Treecko as well, so I am interested if anyone has those.
German Nintendo Black Star Promo 006
Open to negotiate on price if anyone has one laying around, but I believe in LP+, the German card is worth around $800. Totally willing to take a lower condition card for these for a price cut as well.
Indonesian/Thai SCA
This is the last card I need for my Indonesian collection and it is a missing card in my Thai collection. It is a 1/9 pull from “V Starter Deck Teman”. It has proven to be unfindable for all the Indonesian and Thai sellers I have contacted.
Nobody seems to have bought this deck and I don’t particularly want to pay someone in Indonesia and Thailand a stack of cash to track down a very hard to find case and pray I get a non-guaranteed pull.
I think I have bought out the entire stock of decks that Tokopedia sellers have on the Indonesian side. I am 0/7 on my pulls.
I haven’t gone through the struggle in Thai yet, but wanting to prevent that issue before it occurs. At first glance, there are no sealed decks on Shopee Thailand.
Willing to pay $20 for it in LP+ in either language, as well as the Combusken and Blaziken from the deck.
Topps
I am still looking for these two topps cards from Advanced (2003). Note that the first one is in silver foil, not regular printing. There isn’t much market data on these, so I’ll say I’m willing to pay $100 for the foil Torchic and $20 for the regular checklist in LP+, open to negotiation.
Korean Starter Decks
It’s been close to a year of searching for my Korean middleman and I and we’re no closer to obtaining one.
I obviously need the Torchic deck and unfortunately, the Mudkip deck has a switch cameo I need. If I’m buying two of them, I might as well go for all three.
I have confirmed recent sales of these decks anywhere in the $450-800 range. I’m open to negotiation, but I’m looking to pay around $600.
If anyone has the singles I need (both Torchic, switch) I’m open to offers for that as well but I would pay less than the entire deck.
Korean Manaphy Movie Promos
My KR middleman has obtained the Torchic and Treecko for me. I want to finish the set, so I’m looking for Mudkip and Manaphy. Willing to pay $50 each.
Pikachu ADV Promo
I am considering trying to do a KR ADV Master Set. I am not going to bother if I can’t find this Pikachu. I’m offering $100 for it, but nobody knows what market really is. I’m open to offers. The last sale I could find was in 2020 for about $25.
Mewtwo Jumbo
I have confirmed a recent sale of a LP+ card for $300. The only listing anywhere is for $700 which is overpriced. I am willing to meet in the middle around $500 for a NM card or closer to $300 for an LP card.
French POP Series 1 Blaziken
This thing is shockingly unfindable. I have no clue what market is but I’ve seen other cards from the same set go for around $100, so I’ll offer that. Willing to negotiate.
Italian Combusken/Marshtomp Winner Stamp
I’ve made a separate post looking for info about these to no avail (images below are the French cards).
I am looking to buy (as well as ANY info about) Italian Combusken/Marshtomp. I purchased Italian Grovyle for $150, so I feel that is a reasonable offer for the other two.
Russian Combusken/Blaziken
I want to finish the Torchic line in Russian. I currently have all the Torchic, the non-holo Combusken, and the Promo Blaziken.
That leaves me with needing both reverse holo Combusken (Furious Fists and Primal Clash), and all 4 non-promo Blaziken (Furious Fists and Primal Clash, holo and reverse holo). Not sure what is a reasonable offer, so I’ll just leave it at $30 each, open for negotiation.
