- 5 Poké Card Creator Pack cards
- 11 out of 13 Censored artworks (the corrected Koga’s Ninja Trick and Moo-Moo Milk artworks were also released in Japanese)
- 12 North American and European/Oceanian Art Academy cards (9 English ones actually, since the other three are Spanish, German, and French exclusives)
- Snorlax from the 2002 Wizards Pokémon Illustration Contest
- The Holo English Birthday Pikachu is arguably printed only in English. Yes, there are other languages printed (English World Collection 2000; Japanese; Italian; French and German - still missing the German one in my collection
), but if you look closely at the artwork of the WOTC English Holo Promo, you see its artwork is zoomed in compared to the others (which arguably is a different artwork exclusively printed on this English card).
- Certain trophy cards (i.e. these)
- XY126 Mew EX
- XY176 Pikachu EX (this Pikachu is released in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, and even Russian, but surprisingly enough not in Japanese)
- Hidden Legends Chinchou
- Call of Legends Ampharos
- XY109 Gyarados and XY106 Gyarados
- Call of Legends Quilava and Typhlosion
- Undaunted Houndour and Houndoom

This Pikachu promo is not released in English, but also not in Japanese. It’s a Korean/Thai/Indonesian exclusive artwork.
Some of the Vivillon cards are exclusives to certain languages (i.e. white to Russian, Green/Blue to Portuguese, etc.)
