Ebay Scam Alert, User s.handa91 and user pokefancollectables

s.handa91 - ( rocco carbone ) bought multi thousands of dollars of PSA pokemon cards and broke out every single one of them and then opened a returned. These were multiple different packages over a month time frame. Absolute fraud.

Ya, now s.handa91 is reversing the payment through paypal instead of ebay since ebay said it was fraud and closed them.

This user bought graded items, opened the graded casings, then claimed they weren’t graded or what?

The items were purchased through ebay, he bought $4k worth of cards from me in the last 2 months in 5 different shipments. Today they all magically broke completely out of their holders and he opened item arrived damaged cases on every single one of them.

Just wondering, did he ever leave positive feedback after each transaction? If so, that should help cement your case to eBay/Paypal.

@daa906, have you contacted paypal and explained the situation? if so what have they said? Hopefully you can use what ebay have said as evidence to prove he is tryign to defraud you…ebay…paypal…whom ever he can

I’ve had a few successful transactions with Harry going back to probably 2015 (none higher than $100 value). I thought I recognized the name so I looked through my receipts… Each time it was pleasant.

Have you addressed the reversed payment, or the card’s return?

I called paypal and they said it was cancelled by him, I will reach out to Harry.

I’ve just spoken to Harry and he said it was the bank that reversed it but he has contacted the OP to explain the situation :ok_hand: he’s legit so don’t go banning him on eBay or anything

By OP’s account these transactions were made over a period spanning 2 months with 5 transactions. A bank wouldn’t suddenly reverse transactions dating back 2 months without first contacting the account holder. Something doesn’t add up here.

He’s been buying stuff previously but apparently has an overdraft on the account so the bank reversed it as his bank was already in negative

That’s s.handa91, not Harry. Harry is Pokefan collectibles. They are two separate situations as described.

By the sound of it the case with Harry should be resolved amicably and soon. It was simply a payment issue by Harry (the buyer) that the OP didn’t follow up on.
