Last item came in and will ship it Thursday. My day off.
Just to let my SS know, I am aware that your package is at my local depot but I never got the card so I’ve had to arrange it for redelivery at another address and it should be with me tomorrow.
I received mine… from a P.O. box that I took a day or two to get to… hmmmm
… but I still have yet to send out my gift! I must wait until I send mine out to open it. Unfortunately I had a seller send the wrong item accidentally and it took me a while to begin with. 
Expedited replacement on the way in as well as expedited same item from another seller I ended up finding, so one has gotta be good. Tracking shows I’ll have them before the weekend. Should be shipping Friday, Saturday at the latest!

I’ve been waiting for almost two weeks for your gift… Always hard to get gifts so quickly from when assigned…
Agreed. I had ordered some things that I thought would be cool to send with my gift but they didn’t arrive in time. Maybe next year we can start it a bit earlier to give people more time to find something?

I mean some people have obvious warehouses or inventories they can dip into, but I take time to go and get something I think that the person would enjoy… idk. I hope we can start earlier next year…
I’m going to accept feedback at the end. I’d rather keep negativity out of the thread because it quickly snowballs into a complaining festival and that’s unnecessary and unhelpful.
The reason for the later start is that people complained last time I did it about starting too early and forgetting about the process. I left just over three weeks between assignments being given and the ideal ship-by date this time. For the vast majority of the industrialized world this is more than enough time. Notable exceptions include Australia (a postal hellscape) and free shipping from China (Rarely relevant for a quality gift). Additionally, Every single person that talked to me about where there gift is at in the process received a hearty “Thank you!”
Proof of shipping this year was added to weed out individuals who take advantage of Secret Santa for personal gain and do not participate respectively. December 7th isn’t a “Ship by this date or screw off.” It’s a “Hey! Time is getting close. You should be done, or close to done, with your gift.” We aren’t even opening up the post-gift voting element until the end of January. The majority of participants have had no issue complying, including those who purchased internationally.
tl;dr damned if I do, damned if I don’t. If you aren’t able to comply with the gracious timeframe already given for logistical reasons, send me a message. We’ll work it out.

I shipped out my package this Monday!

The rest of my gift came in today and I am finishing up my drawing now! Sending today! Then I can open my gift later tonight or tomorrow and will post pictures this weekend. Very excited!

I received notices of arrival of two packages to my local post office. I know what the other one is, but I have no idea about the other. I wonder if it’s from my Secret Santa… Will find out in a couple of hours

I’m having some problems as well, shipped out package right after contact info were given by staff and it still hasn’t reached destination.

Mine got returned to me today by the EMS guy. But he only gave it to me cos I was posting something else, so he had to come and meet me. Which makes me wonder how long he had it in the back of his van or it was sat at the warehouse! I put incorrect info apparently. Off they go again! So sorry to my recipient!
Came home after a stressful semester to find no Secret Santa gift… ): Contacted Charlie already… Here’s hoping it was delayed…
