E4 Pokemon fan art and crafts

@cyberurchin . I love the mood, I can feel the quiet and smell the morning. This would be in my binder for sure! Great Work

Definitely has that Chansey creatures vibe. The composition and lines are perfect!

Too much of a boomer to know what the main Pokemon is but I love the composition and the lighting. Also seeing a Wingull in a dark, gloomy environment seems interesting and almost unexpected. Lovely work!,

Love it. As others have said, it really reminds of an official, quirky promo card. I’m sure the recipient loved it!

If you don’t mind me asking, what software do you use to make your art?

This is so good! You ever play Dark Souls 3? This gives me major Archdragon Peak vibes. I love Snorunt.

Love the little guy that fell down in the snow — gorgeous work mate!

Latest piece. Took ages due to IRL crap constantly getting in the way but finally got it done by burning some midnight oil last night.

Have you considered making time-lapse videos? You could have a huge following on TikTok or Pinterest.

I have thought about it but a few things hold me back really. 1. Rubbish phone camera and lighting (admittedly an easy to resolve issue), 2. Tight workspace with no room for a camera to film what I’m doing, and 3. My process is quite chaotic, messy, and stop/start with no real flow.

BUT, this sort of thing is constantly on my mind as a major upgrade to what I do so it’s definitely not a no. Hopefully if I can get moved into a new place with more physical space to work with then I can try more things.

Another thing that puts me off is that I struggle to even make stuff (despite all the results I have posted here thus far) with so much time spent at work, with family, all the usual life errands/jobs that take up so much time. I want to do the time lapse and process content for sure, but I genuinely worry that having to invest even more time into that and video editing (+ more platforms like Tiktok which I don’t even have/use at all) will further reduce actual creation time.

Like I say, not a “no” but it’s just a bit tricky right now.

Not quite the same sort of art, but I decided to experiment with making a custom card and made a regular-sized version of the jumbo. Also added in the Black Star logo and the number 54 in the bottom corner to tag it onto the official set, to set straight a great WOTC injustice.

You could have changed their names in proper order too

Haha, yeah it’s never looked right, has it? I had to leave some authenticity in there (+ not sure how convincing I could switch the names around with my modest Photoshop skills )
