I’m in the “don’t feed the trolls” camp. I rarely respond to anyone on eBay, unless they have legit questions about a purchase from me, or want more pictures. Angry messages? Never respond. Not worth the time, and indifference is extremely powerful. #1 weapon against a troll is silence.
