I’m going through my copies of the whole set of CP6, checking each to make sure I have a Mint copy of each card in my binder.
When I came across the first copy of Misty’s Determination, I noticed it had a printing defect, there is a small blue smudge just above and left of the “Supporter” text. There’s also a small white dot in the picture box where I assume that blue smudge should have gone. Here is the picture;
Upon further checking, all of my copies are identical!
Can I please ask those who have opened their CP6 boxes to check their copies of Misty’s Determination and report if you have the printing defect or a clean copy?
Similar printing defects like this can occur when the cards are printed in the same batch (which puts them in the same box).
For example, I know of a person who opened a 1999 1st edition base set box recently and pulled two Venusaurs. Both Venusaurs had identical tiny little pink dots on the same exact spot on the back of the card.
Take advantage of your opportunity! How many do you have? Only a handful? Perfect! eBay will eat it up! $500k list price no less.

Nah but seriously that really that sucks. I get that on my ultra rares in English sets from time to time. I have seen a common error across the same set card in an entire case. Not a big enough error like miscut or something that anyone will even care to collect it even.
