But it also did not work even for the card I requested (and received) the scan separately. The feeling that I have is, that the scan upload and the update of the population report needs to happen from the German Office for each card that is submitted through them.
That’s really strange ! Munich is just a forwarding / middleman office. It’s the US office that is in charge of uploading scans and updating reports 
Maybe now they wait for the cards to be « paid » and sent back to the owner, and yes maybe it’s Munich that does that now.
I will see with my submission if it’s the same ! That would mean they changed a lot in the way they work.
For my previous submission (August-September) I was able to discover my grades even before getting them using the scan method I told you above 
Update: After the cards are shipped to you via INTEX, all the grades and scans are visible in your personal dashboard, such as before:
You see that the 001, 002 etc becomes clickable so you can see all the details behind

I finnaly have my cards back, happy overall buttt:
I had to email support every step of the way, very cumbersome.
Now I have my cards but the scans are still not online, emailed them again.
They need to step up their game in Munich.

Still waiting for my first return. Sent in September. Two days ago out of nothing they sent me an email apologizing for the delay and that they will give me 50 euro credit for future orders.
I there. If you did not hear anythign from them regarding your submission please give them a call. Maybe your submission is back already but needs to be paid by you. I assume they still have issues with the billing system as I did not receive a bill for my last 3 submissions yet.

I received the exact same mail 2 days ago. September submission and 50 € store credit.
But I have been writing them mails every 2 weeks.
They told me that my cards are still in the US because of technical issues and that I shouldnt worry.

anybody else experiencing some delays with CGC currently? I have a submission that was send from Munich tu US on July 16th but still not recognized in their system.
