It’s a very strange price and goes against all Logic,

If the item has been paid, can imagine BGS about to get every single Shiny Vault Charizard available,

Madness in my opinion, not logical valuation, although congratulations to the seller

Credit where credit’s due to be the unpopular opinion as the Black Label is the most attractive grade label of all types. And Charizard in shining colour is Charredlizard at it’s *cough*sexiest*cough*, wouldn’t mind seeing in the anime.

Chronologically speaking it’s amusing (maybe not by much) how the shine palatte has changed more so than anyone from lavender body green wing (Shining) to dark forest green body (☆), to pure black with Batman Red Rain/ Myotismon/Diablos wings (Plasma Storm/ this) to having its megas lel show it’s previous original two palattes purple (Y) and green (X).

Someone on one of the Facebook groups who was acting as a spokesperson for the buyer said that the buyer was viewing this as an investment and would be looking to buy up all other black labels of the card that came up for a similar price.

Apparently they estimate there will only ever be approximately 5 black labels of the card.
And the fact that anyone can say that about a card still in print says more about Beckett than it does anything else.
