Anyone know how the promo inside this dvd came packaged?

I recently purchased this sealed dvd of destiny deoxys that comes with an exclusive promo card. And I was wondering if anyone had any idea of how the promo card came packaged so I can get an idea of if the card inside has a chance at being in good condition or not. From what I can find there is next to 0 info about the way the promo came packaged anywhere online. Any help is appreciated thanks in advance!

I cannot speak for that specific DVD, but for the DVD of the Zoroark movie, the Celebi promo is not in any form of separate packaging, it’s just the raw card. So it might be the same for this.

Thanks for the information that’s very interesting. I’m very much so hoping that the card inside this dvd has some sort of packaging around it but with how they used to treat promo cards back in Pokémon’s early days I would bet this one doesn’t either lol. By the way would you happen to know where I might be able to find a sealed copy of the Zoroark movie with one of those Celebi cards? All of these sealed dvd’s with the promos seem to show up very seldomly so if you have any clue where to look it’s certainly appreciated.

Thank you so much for the help! With what you’re saying and what Ratequaza mentioned about the Zoroark movie I’d wager it probably is just inside without any packaging unfortunately lol.

It should be inside of a PWE from what I know about this era of dvd promos. I found a picture that somewhat confirms it as it’s the same type of envelope that I know the wish maker jirachi dvd promo has. That being said, it can still be dented from movement over the years.

I think they’re more common in the PAL regions, here is a listing from the UK for instance.

Honestly just happy that it seems to have some sort of protection from damage. Even an envelope is better than nothing. Appreciate the help!

I’ll have to see if I can purchase one from the UK. From what I know also I’ve seen a lot of people mention how the card seems to be absent from some of the sealed dvds despite it mentioning the card on the case. Thanks again btw!
