I’m just curious which of the cards come as being sealed? As all I know of are the legendary birds, Entei and Venusaur.

Sealed as in inside of a plastic wrapper? Ancient mew (which I believe is classified as a black star promo) would be included in that, as well as Cool Porygon, GB Meowth, promo 40-41 from the pokemon center nyc opening (Lucky stadium and Pokemon center), non holo black star mew, I believe all the cards from the first movie release, and probably a bunch more im not sure of. The list of Promos isnt too large though so im sure theres a resource around that could give additional help. If i find anything more Ill be sure to send it your way!

@bartallen2, heres a small list of things I just found in a few searches around! The first is a list of the promos and where they were originally distributed, followed by a short discussion on sealed promos where a user on said thread complied a full list of whats sealed and what wasnt. The user didnt include the Marill promo, but to my knowledge I believe that was another one which was sealed. Mostly anything from league back in the day I feel wasnt, as I used to go as a kid and got many cards straight from a box, but lots of the movie releases or game/vhs inserts were in packaging. You can search any of the individual promos to confirm since they are all available and would likely be offered sealed if they came that way.
