NB are great shoes … and they are also the last mass-produced sneakers made in the USA (though not all NBs are made there).
I like sneakers and I always like to look at them on sporty clothing stores etc. I don’t buy them though if I don’t need new ones, but sometimes I might snag something if it’s for sale for cheap. Haven’t bought new shoes since last year because I bought ones with memory foam and they are just so nice that I don’t even want to use other shoes 
Sometimes it’s difficult to resists though when I see pretty sneakers… but then I think, do I really need new shoes? No I don’t. Leave them there Sini

I am not collecting them. But there is only one brand and model I wear for like 15 years and probably will wear for another 15-25.

I love sneakers! I have a small collection, and my favorite pair is my black Human Race NMD. 
I have never been married. If someday im lucky enough to get married I will have to wear comfortable sandals with my probably rented dress. I wont be opposed to a pokemon cake or even ring though. The pokemon sneakers get worn at big events like nationals, regionals, worlds.

I collect mainly ultra boosts because they are just soooooo comfy. I love the 1.0 pattern so much but it’s so hard to find a good pair with size 13 feet, and it being considered a “rare” size.
I’ve just broken the 20 pair mark, and I hope to somehow get the 4d printed carbon adidas when those release, I’m so excited for that technology!
Same boat as you. Love ultraboosts, but it’s tough finding a size 15 in anything. I have to squeeze into size 14s for yeezys. I’ve heard the 4ds are going to be extremely limited!
Just bought 4 pairs of sneakers. Favourite pair i bought were puma netfit evoknit. So underrated!
MMMMM i love the whole bape/nerd/ice cream clothing line. These can get you a few bucks now but they definitely arent the highest they will get.

I wear cheap pluggers everyday I can get away with it.
Fancy shoes have never been something interesting to me. That being said, during my Football days, as a teenager I always dreamed of owning the best pair of Adidas Predators that money could buy.
I still remember some of the kids on my team rocking them, they were so distinguishable. Never made them good players, but god I was jealous of them!
A quick look at the latest evolution in Predator has me seriously impressed though!

I have a small collection of Star Wars Vans. It’s by no means complete or pristine, but I pick up anything I come across to at least have the design. With some, I’ve collected duplicates to wear. I bought the comic strip pair worn and can’t find a new pair in my size that are not crazy expensive 
. I only collect my size with the exception of really rare designs that I never see (like the Vader/Luke scene).

@e2d2 I love the Vans. I have a friend who exclusively collects Vans so to see your Star Wars collection makes me happy.

I guess I’ll bump this topic because I have something to say about it… I may have just entered a rabbit hole. I could identify Yeezys, Jordans, etc. with relative competence but I just bought my first pair of actually nice shoes off the Yeezy restock… changed my view on shoes. These things are RIDICULOUSLY comfortable. I am a huge fan of Kanye and have liked these shoes for a while. It never made sense to buy resale prices but honestly $220 isn’t THAT bad. I’m pretty darn happy with my purchase and wouldn’t mind having sneakers become another hobby just like Pokémon. I still love Pokémon first though.
