I think can get these ‘rare’ marth etc ones at regular price if people on the forum want them? (not selling, before a moderator kills me…just helping out other collectors, no profits)
Lol… I was asking around the Australian eb games about these. Apparently there pre-orders we’re completely sold out early December, so it’s been sold out even before anything has ever been released across New South Wales.
Looks like a cool series this one.
Nintendo Direct confirmed that more Marth Amiibos are coming, so he shouldn’t be expensive for much longer.
None of the new wave from Nintendo Direct interests me that much. I’ll have to get the Super Mario-branded Peach though.

I just bought 3 sealed Pokemon Rumble U Pokeballs for 17$ shipped!
I was looking for figures from English promo boxes and I typed “figure” in Pokemon cards category on Ebay and I found them! Just 4$ each! It looks like seller doesn’t know what exactly he was selling because there wasn’t “rumble” in listing title.
For those who doesn’t know much about them - they’re pretty rare nowadays, now there are two listings with single sealed Pokeballs and prices are getting higher…

Those RunbleU figures were near impossible to resell when they came out. Interesting that they command a price at all now. Definitely printed a crap ton of them.
Kubek I have some of those rumble figures…if you want to trade please PM me as I am still missing quite a few and I also have quite a few MIOP extra figures for trade.
For me they were very hard to find in stores, stores were selling out as soon as they got them in. So when I finally did I bought like a box and a half! Only pulled 1 shiny, the red Genosect but was thrilled to pull at least that one.
I went to every Game Stop within 50 miles about 6 months ago and resold a ton of these.
Some figures like Mew, Genesect, and Kyurem are worth 4-5x MSRP now.

the rumble U figures were a hard sell in the first month or so but now they are going higher now due to the demand and how fast they were discontinued…as for the amiibos atm the ones that are rare would be

These Amiibos are driving me crazy! I need to get Ike Megaman and Sonic somehow. I’m afraid I missed them though. People in my city and neighboring cities are just way too quick.
I think those 2 (plus toon Link and Sheik Zelda) will be easier to find in March/April. I want the 4 too.
Try different chains. The Wal-marts I went to are sold out, but a Target had most.

You can also get non English ones from Amazon and they work just as well.
Yeah, I’ve been one those people that having staying up past midnight for the online pre-orders that sell out in minutes. Lining up at Toys R Us for lucario was a VERY freezing cold experience. Amazon’s prices are too high and importing is really not a valid option since the Canadian dollar stinks. My only hope now is this Monday when EB games will be selling the pre-orders that were not picked up. Maybe I’m just OCD but I rather have the NA versions anyways.
