Finding the ETB is a piece of cake. Most stores have it in stock for extended periods at this point. It’s the damn UPC that is giving me trouble. If I don’t find one by the end of next week then I will be forced to consider a scalp price… ugh.

Yeah. Most of celebrations promos haven’t been released in Japan yet. I wonder if it’s going to happen at all. It’s unusual that English has the better release.
Is it? ETBs here only for highly inflated prices are retail stores (€79.99-84.99) or at scalper/faux company resellers at €69.99-84.99. Both sources either don’t have it in stock, only sell one per customer, only sell per case.

took me almost 100 packs to complete the celebrations set and i kept on getting blastoise, venusaur, and rocket zapdos majority of the time. the zard eluded me but gold star umbreon did not.
My pikachu v-union box is atm estimated to arrive on january-february but they have been pushing it time after time so i have little faith that it’ll arrive even then
Did anyone hear about the Best Buy mess today??? Basically, it became known at 12:30PM today that you could order a Ultra Premium Collection in store at Best Buy, but ONLY in store. I was at work, but people flooded Best Buy to buy up to 3 UPC.
Guess what? It was an error and was meant to be an online release, so ALL THE ORDERS IN PERSON WERE CANCELLED. That’s messed up, especially if you were hunting for just one! The online restock is expected soon.
PSA has stopped grading the metal cards (maybe temporarily?), which is an interesting twist:
I will give it one week, after which they will grade them again. Of course the PSA 10 sold during this time will be going for an extreme amount

PSA released a brief statement. I doubt they’ll stop them for long as they have already graded over 200 of both cards through Express. Probably just to stop them rattling in the cases.
So basically the currently graded cards won’t stay PSA 10 due to being damaged in the case over time. The price should drop them right for the current graded cards?
