Top tier for me is probably Umbreon, Latias, and Snivy. Litten is currently trying to break into this category too.
Basically anything particularly cute or sleek gets bonus points in my book. Honorable mentions to Vulpix, Zapdos, Pichu, the other Eeveelutions, and maybe Unown F because it looks like a duck.

I’d have to say the first 151 Pokemon are my favorite as they are who i grew up with from the base, jungle, fossil sets and also from the cartoon series on TV. I remember having a huge poster of em all and learning their names 
But out of em all, i had to choose one, my favorite is Blastoise,i just think its a beast

I think that is all of them

Venusaur all the way. I hope sometime soon they make a card just like this with Venusaur blasting Solar Beam. All the attempts so far haven’t been fully satisfying as far as art.
