What does that mean? My bulk submission finally (recieved on Feb 12th) updated today to “Your submission has been received into our grading system, but is on hold. Contact PSA”
I will call them when I can get off work as their hold time is 30 mins + right now any idea what this would be for?
Possibly an error in the submission form. Sent a card that was not listed or had 2 of the same card but the quantity was listed as 1.
This happened to me once and they just emailed me because I forgot to sign the form. I just had to call and authorize some info and it was fine. But yah likely an error or something that may need you to call
Okay thanks that’s better than thinking they are going to tell me they dropped it in a bucket of acid accidently or something ha.
