PSA grading process

Hi. In the process of having my first round of cards graded with PSA. I had just checked my order status and saw a little red icon with the words ‘ship hold’ written in it. I am from Canada if this matters. Can someone shed some light on this part of the process please? I am currently on step 4 out of 8 at this point (grading process).

This is what I’m seeing.

Means something isn’t right with the order. IMO usually too many or too little cards. Call them and they will set it free and let you know.

To update. The hold was put on because I requested to have my card savers returned. It was a reminder to themselves when packing the shipment. Great customer service.

Leave a note in your submission asking them to and if they remember they will. Again, it’s only a courtesy on their part.
