Hi. In the process of having my first round of cards graded with PSA. I had just checked my order status and saw a little red icon with the words ‘ship hold’ written in it. I am from Canada if this matters. Can someone shed some light on this part of the process please? I am currently on step 4 out of 8 at this point (grading process).
To update. The hold was put on because I requested to have my card savers returned. It was a reminder to themselves when packing the shipment. Great customer service.
