As a couple have already added here, I think Base Set Dragonair is the immediate easy choice. Also couldn’t go wrong with any of the ‘Light’ Pokemon.
I think this Lapras from Skyridge would look amazing.

So many good choices here…probably all of my top picks tbh!
One that jumps straight to mind, that probably won’t get a mention otherwise, is HGSS Unleashed Poliwhirl.
Ever since they released this one, I’ve loved the contrast and vibrancy of the colours. Imagine the crazy HGSS spots & swirls popping off on this one.

It’s also the only English card illustrated by Kimiya Masago that didn’t get a holo, if I’m not mistaken. Which is unfortunate
