Not even mad, they’re gonna be real easy to pick up. Just interesting how everyone is experiencing the same problem.
I bought three did eeney meeney miney mo and chose one to open:

and one each of Hypno and Clefairy so all in all a damn good box
You guys make me nervous to open mine and see my pull rates for only TWO boxes.
Hoping I strike it extra lucky and just get every Gyarados card. Haha.
But yeah, even if I don’t, as some have said, it’ll be easy to acquire them currently. I’ll also be more than happy to do some trades with you all depending on what I pull. I have virtually no other interest in this set outside Gyarados so that gives you guys some options to choose from.
Impossible to get every Gyarados card from two boxes. The absolute minimum would be three boxes but even then it would be closer to six because the SR pulls are 1:2 and that’s if you get the desired SR’s.
Plus you are hoping on the UR pull on top of that so 3 would be incredible luck to get all the gyarados cards.

Yeah, I figured that it worked that way, but I’ll also admit I hoped they would make a fluke and I would just open all Gyarados cards for rares. XD So my high aspirations were unrealistic to begin with. Haha.
That being said, I did open my first box and got 2/6 Gyarados cards I was looking for, so I’m happy about that. Really happy with the pulls. Decided to open them as I was finishing my finals.

I didn’t get anything I disliked, so I was happy about that. I will say, the Ho-Oh FA is probably the best designed FA I have ever seen. It’s gorgeous!
The holo patterns on the ex cards are also a lot better in person. I’m feeling better about the Gyarados cards already. Still think they could be better, but really happy about this set more so than I was originally feeling after the full leak.
Sorry @azulryu glad you managed to hit a few you wanted from the one box, minus gyarados ho-oh is my favourite full art so personally I would consider your box a complete success! Have they reduced RR pulls down at all cos from some Xy8 I was getting 5 RR if I got no sr or ur, yet everyone seems to be getting 3?
The Artwork on the HOLO Rares, Uncommons and Commons is amazing in this set. dose holos man!
Just opened my second box and made a video. Will have to upload it after Finals are complete though.
I thought I did worse with my pulls in the second box because I was sad I didn’t get any Gyarados cards, but actually I did better. Pulls are the following:
So all in all, I got two FA’s, four regular EX’s, two BREAKS, and 12 Holos from two boxes. I feel lucky with these pulls!

Thanks @pokemontrader! I felt like it was beginner’s luck. Never opened a box before. Would have liked to get at least half of the Gyarados cards, but I’ll be able to trade for a good amount I believe.
