My ever so persuasive proposition is as follows.
I will start by having you sit on a giant plush Snorlax where you will become relaxed and loose. Once comfortable, I will convince you to eat multiple Vileplumes dipped in acid from Victreebel and rolled in powder from Venemoth until you are deep into a hallucinogenic state where Mr. Mime will help you meditate and/or slap some sense into you if your cooperation isnā€™t apparent. Angry and assuming your defiance, my Wigglytuff will lull you to sleep and hand you over to Pidgeot who will fly you to to the Safari Zone where you will wake up strapped to a tree with charged Electrodes clamped to your body as Pinsir, Kangaskhan, and Scyther torture and intimidate you until you are forced to minimize [your Charizard collection] like Clefable. At this point the trade will surely reveal itself as the best option but if for some reason youā€™re skin is as thick as Nidoqueenā€™s , Iā€™ll just feed you to my dogs, Flareon, Jolteon, and Vaporeon.

What offer would force you to sell one of the Shadowless Charizards? Not necessarily fair value, but the minimum for you to not turn a deal away.

My market strategy has always been to keep my collections intact. I enjoy them so much it keeps me happy and active in the hobby. Then Iā€™ve built up a nice inventory to sell so I donā€™t need to dip into my collections. I can sell and make money for a long time.

Now if I sold out of stuff and couldnā€™t pay my bills then Iā€™d have to change my strategy.

Do I feel Iā€™m missing opportunities to make money? Not at all because this strategy has not only accomplished the ā€˜fun factorā€™, but itā€™s turned into a great investment. Do I deserve credit for that foresight? Nah, but itā€™s great it worked out that way.

If youā€™re looking for this single card: one guy/group has probably more than half of them. The rest are in sets with maybe one or two lingering outside of complete sets. I have more than one. The PSA 9 Pop report is off due to the numerous regraders Iā€™ve become aware of. Thatā€™s another discussion topicā€¦

Iā€™m bias, but my opinion is to hold until I see at least 5 figure sale.

I know what you mean. With how the 1st ed PSA 10 is going for sub-20k now, I can imagine how this is going to have a residual effect on the shadowless Charizard somewhere down the road.

I donā€™t think Iā€™ve seen a single auction for the PSA 10 shadowless in the last year? i think there were 2 that came up for sale and were snatched immediately. This is why I am trying to see if I have better luck outside of eBayā€¦

If you are talking about King Pokemon who has about 10 of these shadowless, then I am straight outta luck. I think his/their listing is primarily for display purposesā€¦
